  • The bank has a range of different valuation types that they use depending on the lending requirements. 

    For this particular property and loan, the bank has suggested this valuation can be a “remote assessment” and that a physical on-site inspection is not needed.   

  • With a wealth of data sources available, such as imagery, attribute data and planning information we are able to make an accurate assessment that has been tested by the banks.

  • We may ask for clear, recent photos of key areas such as:
